Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with your product return within 14 days for a refund minus shipping. Products must be returned in the unused original condition it was delivered in.
To return a product send an email to floralandfaunanative@gmail.com a return authorisation will be given along with the address. Please ensure products are packaged well to prevent breakage.
Tracked postage is strongly recommended for returns as we refuse to take responsibility for lost packages, you are responsible for the postage cost of returning the product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damaged Goods
If your product was delivered damaged send a clear photo of the damaged product to floralandfaunanative@gmail.com we will arrange for the product to be collected and the damaged product will be replaced.
Missing Product
If the product is missing check around the property and with neighbours then email floralandfaunanative@gmail.com we will try to track the item with our courier service provider. A new product will not be sent until the original item has been confirmed missing.
We are also unable to assist with damaged/missing products outside of the 14-day return/refund policy time frame and without a photo of the damaged product.
Online Refunds
Once the product has been received in accordance with our returns, damaged, missing products policies, we will send a refund to the original payment method used to make the initial purchase. A confirmation email will be sent, however, shipping costs will not be refunded.
